Shipping Rates

We'll try and get most orders out the door within 48hrs of receipt of payment. If its going to take longer we'll be sure to get in touch and bring you up to speed on the situation

Paint can only be sent by courier as it is a liquid and classed as hazardous goods. Smaller items such as signwriting brushes can be sent by Royal Mail and so will leave at a cheaper rate

We use APC couriers 24 hours service - though please note that this is a next day working day service from the point of dispatch (not when the order is placed). This service is not guaranteed but succeeds 95% of the time.

All orders are marked to be 'left safe' upon delivery and will be left in a secure location if the courier driver feels there is an appropriate place should anyone not be in at the time of delivery. If this is a problem, please contact us or put a note on your order asking for us to remove this delivery instruction.

If a mobile phone number is provided we will pass this onto our couriers to ensure they are able to contact you if required when delivering your items. If sent by APC they will text a 2 hour delivery window on the morning of delivery.

Rates are as follows

Mainland United Kingdom

Small Items up to 100g - £1.50 by Royal Mail

Paint under 1 Litre total order quantity - £6.50 by APC Courier

Paint 1 Litre or more total order quantity - £10.00 by APC Courier

Orders over £240.00 qualify for free shipping

Please note if you are ordering sundry items alongside paint products this may mean the parcel is heavier and will increase the postage to the maximum of £10.00 delivery.

Ireland & Northern Ireland

Due to Brexit and the enormous complications now involved with shipping to Ireland (North & South) we are suspending all service to these locations until further notice. 

 

 Damages

All damages must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery to ensure we can claim from the courier. Photographs may also be required.
